Comms Strategy

As a pure strategic communications engagement with a large and complex organization, theZVG team provided WHO with the toolkits and solutions that ultimately played a key role in the WHO's comms going forward. Our product mindset and methodology were deployed as a strength in this project.

The Problem

A new director was elected, and he immediately commissioned a thorough assessment of the WHO Communications function and strategy, including tactics and initiatives to make WHO Comms more nimble, responsive, and on-message.

The Solution

theZVG team delivered a comprehensive strategic and tactical communications plan informed by weeks of discovery and thoughtful analysis. In addition to recommendations on organization topology, theZVG designed "exploit and explore" solutions around digital, innovation hubs, and content as key plays for the team.
